Verbal Abusive Players vs Greifing/Troll Players

Why is it a thing that it is okay for players to troll/grief games, but its not okay for someone to have 1 game that they loose their cool in chat? There is way to much damage in the game right now, and the amount of players that I come across that completely give up 5 minutes into the game is ridiculous. I barely see any abusive players, but i do see a steady amount of toxic players. yet Riot wants to penalize people for argumentative behaviour they suggest for another player to try another strat. Encourage players to actually play the game and not completely throw games for what ever reason. I am sick of players hiding around the map and afking, aswel as sitting on the outside of a fight and do nothing at all, if the role thats trolling is jungle you are actually going to loose

If you got banned for one game, it wasn't "losing your cool" - it was targeted and deliberate abuse/harassment.

Seriously - the amount of toxicity required for an account to go from in good standing to a punishment off one single game is actually quite astounding.

That can be very very annoying, but that stuff comes and goes. Some people are just negative, others aren't really sure what to do during fights, and others are just... (a word I can't say because my post has been removed for calling someone this word that starts with G and ends with arbage).

But when people a verbally abusive, that can be annoying. I know that first hand as someone that has been somewhat abusive with what I say, and I have been called many slurs as well.

I do feel your pain, but Riot seems to be going with the whole "We don't want a verbally toxic community approach because word about this type of atmosphere travels much faster than the trolling toxic atmosphere."
