Blue line appears when only playing bot lane, blue line randomly disappears and reappears

The Chin1 votesI'm on OCE, but found this thread while googling about... I'm experiencing the same issue. I originally thought it was random mana bars showing on or above the minimap, but it does appear to be only when that champion has manaflow band ready. I attempted the full repair as instructed, but it appears to have made no difference.

Edit: It just show the mana bar of the champions that have manaflow ready as if their the champions frames was on bottom right side.
