does TFT have any impact of honor level?
I'd rather play tft, but it would be nice to get level 2 again, honestly not fussed about norms, TFT is alot more fun for me atm

As far as I know, not really. I know the upcoming patch is going to stabilize the post game interface in which I would believe there to be a report option. If anything I think there's a possibility to lose honor thru TFT but not gain it yet.
There is a report option so you can definitely lose honor. I would speculate that means you can slowly gain honor as you play and are not reported since that's how lol works (as long as you are neutral, even if you are not honored, you still gain honor as you play).
