Ranked is worse than norms FYI

Every game of ranked in the last 2 weeks, I've had that 1 guy that feeds or trolls, because he can't have his way, they even say it in chat log, almost every 2nd game it feels like someone is going afk. This apples to both sides of the rift, and it is getting worse. Yet its okay to penalized someone over 1 game in chat log. The system is to lop sided, I am convinced it encourages people to ruin game play at this point. I check the match history of everyone I report and I keep thinking to myself, What is this game now.

Pretty confident Riot should make use of the honor system and use that as a requirement for ranked, where has the 'competitive' aspect ran off too?

To answer your title, to me they aren't. Norms are the worst thing ever because no one wants to ever finish the game. Makes me wanna claw my eyes out.

Yet its okay to penalized someone over 1 game in chat log.

I'm sure you have strong feelings about this but this doesn't actually happen unless someone uses hate speech, racism, etc.

Don't do this to yourself. You are literally setting yourself up to be stressed out. Worst way to play the game because you are mentally going in, every time you queue up, with this negativity. Have a shit game? Take five minutes and just don't think about it ever again.

Maybe they aren't really trolling. Maybe they are just bad at the game and make bad decisions.

Youre having a bad luck streak and focusing on them too much. Ive had feeders, sure. Check my match history. You can carry them. Dont go to chat when someone is feeding. I see it too often where my own team will purposely tilt their own ally after they make a mistake. Its so fucking counter productive (and douchey). Dont call out feeders, that will only make them feed more due to some psychological shit. Let them attempt to turn it around, and fucking carry them bro.
