There is always a surge in toxicity on the weekends, does Riot plan on punishing these kids?

What a waste of time, playing games where the ADC trolls because the support accidentally took a cannon. Or they have to go AFk because their mom screamed at them because it's dinner time, throwing a good game away, doesn't this count as leaving? They should be held accountable because they knew very well they only had 20 minutes to play. And then there's the run-of-the-mill harassment.

What irks me aren't these trolls and toxic players, but the fact that Riot seems to be very little in controlling toxicity. You know the last time I got a message a really toxic person got punished? Almost a year ago. I can't speak for other servers, but EUW seems to have gotten worse the past year.

There is a whole team devoted to working on the player behavior systems. They do care.

I just came back where from a game where the enemy Irelia just said in all chat : ''Ok u win, I go afk'',

after he went 0-3 against Darius. He wasn't even mad or anything.. just casually went afk

Hello there! Sorry that you feel this way fellow summoner. If they leave the game it will get seen by Leave Buster. They are indeed held accountable for starting a game and not finishing. Starting a game is saying "Yes im 100% committing to this game". Also if someone is being toxic you can mute and use the in game report system.
The IFS (Instant Feedback System) works on 4 tiers. The first is a 10 game chat restriction, then a 25 game. After that is a 14 day ban, and then a permaban. It doesn't matter what the amount of toxicity is, if you continue to be toxic, eventually you will be permabanned.
