Would you mind running a tracert and providing the results to player support on the H&S board so they can figure out where the issue is originating and get it fixed?
You can use the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool to run a traceroute to the following IP for NA (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);

Niyumi1 votesOh the issue is gone now. It was just last night, I was near the end of a game and my game disconnected. Tried logging in, would get stuck on authenticating, and then spit out an error. Looked on Reddit, other people had the same issue.
And my ISP doesn't allow pings. So it times out as soon as it leaves my house and gets to the road.
Oh! I just read what you said a bit more... I don't care that I lost. I just don't want to sit through Leaver Buster queues because their server was having issues.
Deep Terror Nami2 votesEven if your ISP doesn't respond to ping requests it shouldn't stop the tracert from returning a response from the rest of the hops along the way, which will still be helpful if the issue lies further down the line.
If you run into the issue you had again, I suggest trying the Release/Renew IP step of the Connection Troubleshooting Guide (only takes a few seconds) and try changing to a public DNS.
I still recommend grabbing the WinMTR tool though, you can use it to monitor your connection for these kinds of issues and packet loss.
Niyumi1 votesGoes to my router, no issue. Goes to my modem, no issue. Goes to the box outside my house, times out from then on.
I'll try that if it happens again though.

Niyumi1 votesI've had issues with things before, and even the TV is acting up now, but my parents won't let me call in a tech since they charge if nothing is wrong, even if I offer to pay.
Fun stuff. ^^ Wish I could afford living on my own.
