There's really no point. These players never get in trouble unless they type something. So what i do instead is i just afk. It's the best way to make them suffer because they wont be able to troll me just themself.

I mean they're still wasting your time (and LP/MMR if its ranked) so they're winning no matter how you look at it.
players report trolls and nothing happens. they come to the boards to complain about that, they get downvoted.
players say they will no longer bother reporting trolls because it has no effect, they get downvoted.

At least theres a chance they will eventually get punished if people keep reporting them. Its not like no trolls have ever been banned for trolling. Ive seen threads of it. And they still try to claim innocence, or that it was justified. But that would require you staying in the game, I guess... so yeah, whatever. If you do stay, you should at least report em, but I cant blame ya for leaving. Its your time.
sounds to me like you are a rank player. or at least care about winning which is just as bad. if your goal is winning then you'll never win long as trolls and inters exist. instead focus on only yourself. make personal goals for yourself. a personal victory that you can achieve is far better than a big victory that is harder to do.
