Seriously, when people purposely troll it should be a perma-ban. There should be zero tolerance for trolling.

If they're not intentionally feeding or using offensive language, there's really nothing to report. Riot has always said that playing something out of meta will not warrant a ban. I don't know the game you just played, I don't know these players motives and I don't know if they were trying their best to win with 3 top or just doing it to piss you off. But if they're trying something different just for fun, that's not banworthy
I don't believe that trolling should result in an instant permaban as I feel that Hate Speech should but I feel like if they troll enough like that they should get a ban in ranked.
