Seriously, when people purposely troll it should be a perma-ban. There should be zero tolerance for trolling.
Purposely feeding should be perma-ban always. Rage quitting should be a perma-ban.
If Riot just cracked down on the things that actually ruin the game instead of players reactions to them , the game would be much less toxic.

If they're not intentionally feeding or using offensive language, there's really nothing to report. Riot has always said that playing something out of meta will not warrant a ban. I don't know the game you just played, I don't know these players motives and I don't know if they were trying their best to win with 3 top or just doing it to piss you off. But if they're trying something different just for fun, that's not banworthy
