Are we allowed to send in a support ticket when we are unrightfully kept from winning a promo game?

I just finished a game where we were completely dominating. It was an absolute stomp on our side.

But my team SURRENDERED!

They honestly, legitmately, SURRENDERED!!!!! Don't believe me?

I was 1 and 1 in my series.........and I lost my series for no reason WHATSOEVER!!!!!

I believe....I was with a 4 man premade. The other team had one that was obvious to point out, so, I can only assume that I was with one as well.

At the start of the game, I had accidently taken a Krug from Lee when we were leashing for him. It didn't set him back, obviously, but I have a feeling they all turned against me from that single Krug.....and COST ME MY PROMO SERIES WHILE DOING IT!!!!!!

This is beyond unfair.....I legitmately deserved to win that game along with this team, and advance into the next tier.....but no! This is........I'm speechless.......because I am SEETHING right now.

Am I allowed to send in a ticket because of this, and will Riot be able to do anything?

Riot doesn't mess with your matches or LP or Rank or anything like that, sorry. Doing this is a punishable offense though, so you should definitely report them in the post-game lobby and annotate in the description what they did.

You took a Krug on the first clear from a gank jungler. How do you claim that you legitimately deserve to win when you probably got carried by smurfs for that game?

If you want to be carried, look like you should be.

No you are not allowed to. There's nothing that dictates when players can or cannot surrender.

It is very possible, especially based on your rank, that those 4 did queue together and that they ether want to keep their accounts at a low MMR, or they were trying to stay at the same rank as the others and thus needed to lose a promo game if one was about to get promoted.

The only comfort is that there's as much of a chance of that happening on the enemy team. Just sucks it happened on yours that time.

It's one loss, you won't die. I looked you up on op.gg and given that you are only bronze i can trust that you'll be able to climb up to silver or gold quite easily. one loss isn't that bad.

I hope you reported them and we're specific in your report. If you forgot to report, send in a support ticket, but realize they won't do anything with regards to your win.

It really sucks that it happened, but it could happen to anyone. It just happened to you this time. That doesn't make it any less sucky, but them's the brakes. Still, you get a free win on your next promo I think still? I can't remember if they changed that back. Good luck getting to Silver!

You will see this in all rank elos. Most notoriously are the Plat 5 player who believe they are gate keepers

If it makes you feel better I've seen around 3 people get banned for that on the boards here personally, so they do ban for it.

Damn. I did the same thing one time to a lee. He was PISSED. I apologized and he called me retarded and all that shit... I just let him vent and said sorry again and explained I didn't mean to and I didn't see the smite coming. tbh he smitrd when the thing was 1 hit short of a smite killing it so my hit was the last hit.. it's his fault for smiting at such a terrible time... but I didn't say that. I just apologized profusely... he raged for a minute or so, and then got over it after realizing i wasn't gonna defend my action and I knew I totally fucked up. Next time u steal that first camp, just apologize profusely and take the abuse you deserve for such a fuck up and maybe they'll forgive you and not intentionally throw the match (ff). Sucks ass that it happened though man, sorry.

I had this happen to me earlier this season. I don't think there's anything you can do. Does it suck? Absolutely. Until Riot stops letting premades bully their teammates, this type of thing will continue. Sorry you had to deal with that...I remember CLEARLY how pissed I was that a premade FF'd a game that we were winning (in my case we were on our way to siege the enemy nexus and they thought it was hilarious).

You took Krugs. Imagine him coming bot lane and farming your first 3 minion waves.

It's like a shit mid laner 0-7-0 taking blue buff from a support that's like 0-0-23 just because they are the mid laner.

All I can think about when I read this is a variety of scenarios where one player in the premade had something come up that caused them to want or need to leave the game. I imagine they asked their buddies for a surrender vote so they could exit quickly without being leaver busted. I've had things come up and been willing to surrender a game I would otherwise win if I had more time. Many players have jobs or kids or other responsibilities that may cause them to be needed elsewhere and would gladly sacrifice 20-30 league points to avoid 5x20 minutes of leaver buster.

Your rank is the reflection of your "average" skill, only players who are done improving focus on the actions of other in their games. If your goal is to climb, first ignore the climb, and focus on fundamentals. Self improvement is the best way to climb, while making excuses (however relevant or frustrating) can only take away from the focus and time you have available to work on your own positioning in team fights, ward placements, creep score, etc.

TL:DR Ranked seasons are long and each individual game becomes less important the more you play. Focus on yourself and try and bring a friend to secure that double no on votes.

Boosters obviously have tracking systems of people going into promos, so it's not only Riot trying to intentionally screw you.

best thing to do with promos is to do those games IMMEDIATELY because what I've noticed is that there is a significant delay between you qualifying for promos and the Riot database updating this status

So it's better for you to g o through those promos sooner rather than later, because later boosting tracking applications will have identified you as a target

You, since you keep commenting for some reason. Its not only the fact that I want them to take extreme measures. If someone like me can continue hacking and ruining the accounts of other people along with the game, and the only consequence is that only that specific account that I did those actions on, will be banned but not me.

Whats stoping you from doing it then? anyone else just keep hacking and I have run into the most ridiculous people with mods making them do unnatural things, walk through walls? no flash cdr. Yeah its pretty dumb but those same people are Still active.

So then since you seem to be a hardcore fan of the game, then how do you feel knowing that Myself< and others can keep playing the game with these hacks knowing that if one acount is banned, I can just take another or make a new one.

How is your support team cleaning up? I sent them screenshots of me doing all those things, even showing how. Youre telling me that the support team is doing their best? so because of this flaw in their rules and the fact they made me wait 5 months, I figured, im going to f**k around all i want and on purpose and I dont care if the persons account I steal complains cause I know their reports cant do shit ^
