You have NO power over others actions. Only power over how you react to them. If you ignore and do not respond to those who use words like the OP mentioned, then in the end, they are calling THEMSELVES those words. While it may be hurtful to HEAR, or SEE, you can remove the power from the words TOWARDS yourself and give it back to them. I fully agree, the words the OP mentioned are hurtful and people should not use them, and you are welcome to report them after the match. But getting your feelings hurt and acting like YOU are a victim because someone used those WORDS, on the safety of the internet, is in itself, just as childish and JUST AS WRONG. And I myself am a gay man, whose two closest friends are gay black men. And neither one of them EVER gets offended when those two words the OP mentioned are used.

Uhm, it's not a matter of how offensive it is, no one cares about that. It's a matter of entertaining a culture. If you use racism and homophobia as random insults, you entertain the idea that being black/whatever or homosexual/whatever is a wrong thing. And that can't be let happen. But the petty feelings of a guy who got insulted don't matter so much, or else it'd have the same punishment as other flaming.
