Can you email riot about exceptionally toxic people?

Just wondering.

Last game I duo'd with my bf bot. We had a really bad time and held on as long as we can, but the midlane fed and the jg fed and both the enemy teams carries were really strong. We tried to ff and my bf calmy and politely explained that he wasn't very useful because we had a difficult time bot and both of their carries were fed so winning this was probably not going to be likely.

The jg and the mid start dropping the f bomb, cursing in chat telling my bf to shut the fuck up, acting extremely toxic. I muted them my bf did not but he did not curse or anything, nothing worthy of a report. This wasn't your average toxicity, this was awful. The top laner joined in too, so now we have 3 people not in a premade but solo ganging up to act as toxic as possible, swearing and shitting on mostly my bf during game from what I could tell. I was muted so idk if they were trash talking me anymore.

When the game ends they start tying to tell the other team we were flaming them, and I said that we weren't being rude but the whole time they were acting toxic. I even said it was so bad I had to mute them.

They start SWEAARING their asses off in chat, literally, just spamming. A large chunk of the chat was just the toplaner spamming the same word so its just stars (*) down a huge chunk of chat. Then they start ganging up on me saying cussing isn't a reportable offense, trying to make fun of me for reporting them for it, losing their minds just spewing all this toxic stuff. I have screenshots of it as proof that I will not post here but I will show them to Riot if emailing them or sending a ticket in about these players is a thing.

Normally I don't care, but this was one of the worst games I've ever had and some of the worst people I've encountered. People come here with stories on how premades gang up but this was just me and my bf trying to play and these people were just vulgar and awful to deal with. I really don't want them getting off with a report and then nothing happening, I have screenshots of their behavior and if possible I'd like to show Riot because this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with toxic people and I'd hate for them to get no form of punishment for such an awful game experience.
