Yo, Rito, what are you doing? A bazillion people just got perma slapped for third party usage today, and that is only from what I see on boards while being at work... Most likely hundreds if not thousands more are out there not knowing what hit them. So what in God's name is going on?
I just want to confirm if there was a legit mass ban wave, or if its a bug in your system since alot of people are talking of fishy emails and whatnot.

I never used any third party programs and I was recently perma-banned, mine was not overturned as if this post.
I sent a support ticket and it has not been addressed... I have not been punished in several YEARS so to go from nothing to instant perma-ban is very disconcerting. I hope this was also a mistake .... but there is complete silence from Riot's part. My ticket hasn't even been responded to. I initially thought my account had been hacked or something but apparently not.
I think it was because of toxicity which would be fine but I didn't even get chat logs or warnings... I had an account banned for toxicity in S2 (4-5 years ago) and I had LOTS of warnings and punishments prior to being perma-banned.... this time it came straight out of nowhere, the email I got doesn't explain it and when I try to log on, it just says;
This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your League of Legends account for additional details.

Though I would think I'd get a chat restriction or even a 14 day suspension rather than straight up perma-ban bypassing all tiers, is my point.... and shouldn't I have gotten a chat log and an explanation in an email? I was given nothing, no information whatsoever. This is very different than when I had an account banned in early S2 when I got many warnings, punishments and the support team immediately explained exactly what was going on. Right now I have no idea what's going on and am very slowly being given partial details.
What's up with that? I'm not asking to be absolved , I just want some information as to why I was randomly bypassed to all punishment tiers into perma with zero information compared to how it happened before.

No. I do talk trash but I never use any sort of slurs as you say.
I am toxic though because I do talk a lot of trash, I admit that.... but instant perma-ban was something completely unexpected.

You probably got banned for griefing (feeding, not cooperating with team, banning ally pick intention, etc).
Griefing bans are always permanent. It would also explain the lack of emailed chatlogs.

Does this also include custom skins like Wooxy, where people get creative and make their own skins / maps using photoshop? I had always assumed this was ok, and a Rioter had actually said this was ok before. Mapskins.com is a good reference for that kind of content.

When i checked the email for more info about the ban i noticed i had a warning from february 10th regarding mkjogo. I never used mkjogo since they removed the skin feature so it was weird getting banned 2 months later. I made a ticket to support today telling them about the accidental permabans for mkjogo users (gave them the link to your post) and they replied i used exploits, which i never did and NO ONE ELSE used my account afaik.
Could you, please, look into my account's history since there's been lots of babble and confused answers from various Support operators regarding the reason for my ban: some said mkjogo, others said exploits.

Probably they were using your account to send out phishing links or account sales without you knowing.
Its very different than the ones with UTC 9001 (scripting) or UTC 2700 (probably purchased account).

I have never shared my account with anyone, ever, but a couple of months ago I did switch internet service providers.... would that have triggered it?
I also moved about a year ago. So that would be 3 major IP shifts within 12 months.
But... I used an abandoned account (A friend that quit) for like 6 matches about 4 months ago.
Could these be the reasons that my main account was banned?

im going crazy trying to figure out what triggered my case. Thing is i was thinking about some software, but now I remember that they I provided a friend my Wi Fi. Could it be that the reason? He came to my house with his laptop. (We didn't share account) He could log in my pc with same ip but with his account. Might that be a problem?

I've actually purchased more than $350 worth of skins to date and I've played league since alpha and had this account since season 2. I would really like to know what is going on because i wasn't even sent a tribunal message of any toxic behavior like what usually happens when i got 3 day bans before. Please someone explain why my account is permanently suspended.
