Last second dodging

This has become a tiring trend to for people to punish you for doing something they dont like in champ select by wasting your time and letting you get your hopes ups just to return to the waiting screen, i feel dodging in the last 20 seconds should result in a more severe punishment By more severe i mean like a 1 hour timer before playing not 5 minute

No it should not. There are legitimate reasons to dodge at any second of the timer. Just be grateful the person dodged and not decided to punish you by trolling a 30-45 minute game.

If rather the person leave during champ select than troll both teams during the game
