No, You WILL NOT solo carry! (But you will waste 30+ minutes and surrender votes)

I am really getting sick of always seeing "I will solo carry" as an excuse for games that are clearly lost (3 v 45, No ally towers standing) But despite all our handicaps, No towers, down in gold, kills, everything. Teammate is at each other's throat. Rather than just ending the match and moving on, People insist on going on about how "I can solo carry" and its not that they can solo carry NOW, its that we have to WAIT for them to solo carry.

You Think you can solo carry? if you had the skill you would have proven it already. Last game had an akali going on about how @ 15 minutes the match was lost (2 v 20) and the akali was going about how "I can carry" and after the surrender vote failed, she added "I can carry at 30 min" We are already behind, severely down in kills, towers dropping one after another.

If you had the skill to carry, you would have done so by then. Stop turning a 15 minute match into a 45 minute torture session just because YOU think you are so OP that you can "1v5 solo carry". This is not a solo game. If you expect the whole game to revolve around YOU then there wouldnt BE a team aspect of the game.

If you were capable of Solo carrying. you would have done so already. Forcing surrender votes to fail because you think you are "too OP" and dont need a team only tortures your team, makes them irritated. I understand there are conditions where it is possible to make a comeback, but when the score is 2 v 20 with no towers and the team already starting to get irritated, we dont have 20-30 minutes for you to get your $#!% together. So Stop dragging out matches that are already long sinse lost because you have a sense of arrogance and bravado that you can "OP SOLO CARRY" (its one of the things that is really starting to piss me off, everyone thinks they are LCS challenger tier, they are all "too pro for this team") These players usually go on about how they can solo carry, and add to it by tacking on "Cant carry this trash team" when they lose.

This may sound blunt, but in bronze 5 no game is lost until a nexus falls. I have literally had 3 inhib down 200 health nexus games that I eventually came back to win in your elo.

Further, people are permitted to vote whatever way they care to in a surrender vote. When you queue up, you queue up for an entire game - the surrender vote is an option to get out early if almost everyone (majority plus 1) agrees to it.

I've had the displeasure of seeing how bronze 5 play this game. I could 1 v 5 solo carry a ranked bronze game as Soraka mid, no doubt in my mind.

Point being: unless you're in high diamond you shouldn't be giving up until the DEFEAT message comes up.

This is not a solo game, you're right it is not up to 1 person to determine weather a game is unwinable or not if they believe they can carry and think they can win, then the game should go on

I'd look at the enemy team more if they can't end the game in 5 more minutes when they are that far ahead.

If that is the case, there probably is a comeback.
