Can we crack down on negative attitude reports
I would rather someone call me every slur in the book than have a player give up at FB and try to convince everyone to FF at 15

Why does Riot have to let up on punishing negative attitudes to punish other bad behaviors?
i think its primarily (from what i gather from the massive community) they are punishing and running away tons of good players that play very well but use "toxic words" from time to time. which u can mute btw. But u cant mute or stop a feeder, inter or an all around quitter. this is from i gather [draven-pose]
I dont see the relation between not punishing toxicity, and punishing someone giving up after FB. They punish both. Your wording is weird though, maybe im misinterpreting. Usually "cracking down" implies heavier moderation/punishment or stricter laws.
