is being too high to play the game properly a re-portable offense?

report for assisting enemy team or non sportsman like conduct and quote her saying that she is high. Then add reason as making your life harder cause of her choices. As long as you have the right reasoning of how her choices IRL are effecting you as a player it should be a valid report.

Its not enough for a ban, unless this player has a history.

"too high to play the game properly" " really hate playing with supports who are just there to feed with incompetence"

  1. There is no proper way to play the game. It's a game, everyone has their own ways and ideas of how things should be.
  2. It's not there fault they're incompetent. But let me ask you this, why are you guys at the same elo if they're incompetent, and you're not?
  3. The best way to get stronger is to carry "lead weight" for example, in real life if you wanna train your muscles you don't just lift your hands up and down. You pick up a weight. and you lift that weight up several times. Learn to pick up that dead weight and carry it, and you will become a better player

Kinda an iffy area, as there's no telling how well people play video games while not sober. I just had a game with a jungler/ADC duo that bragged about how coked out they were, and it was one of the smoother games I've played in a while. Was your support actively bad, or were you just tilted by their admission of being high?

That said, you didn't mention if this was a reg or ranked, but I think it'd be pretty shifty to get messed up for a ranked match. That's just wrong.

I have played with drunk, high, and dumb players. I would take the high ones any day lol. Have you ever seen a drunk Ahri? Most hilarious thing I have ever seen. She kept trying to charm her own team.

What does it matter though? It's only a game. I'm pretty sure that you just posted this to rage and not for actual input, but I will leave you with this. Cannabis is decriminalized in several states. Odds are you have played quite a few games with high people. Chances are also good that you have played against quite a few high people.

Is it bannable? I would think not. I don't see a place on my PC to take a breathalyzer or piss test before I can queue.

TL;DR item 3078 changes have had a higher impact on your in game QOL than high players have.

Indica or Sativa?

I have no issues if they are high on a useful drug like crack.
