61% winrate with a champion

It's generally a pretty nasty move to ban a champion from somebody. Even if they're bad at them, I'd rather have somebody with a bad pick that's genuinely trying on my team than somebody that's tilted and pissed off from the get go.

Because once a Tweedle Dee, always a Tweedle Dumb.

I was trying to WW jungle in norms when he just came out, second in pick order. Third asks if he can have WW instead. I say no. He bans.

... So basically I selected heim jungle, wasn't going to lock but was fine playing chicken till the last second. Someone dodged though, didn't want heim jungle I guess.
