Can we get a report option for obviously ebayed accounts?

Just got out of a game with a yasuo with a plat 2 border, who fed, forced me to go top as TF (Which neuters the whole point of my kit) to lane against the Poppy who got first blood which was fun, by just walking into my lane without asking me. I checked out his op.gg afterward. Guy has a plat 2 border, but is currently Gold 4 with a 44% winrate and is 5/15 his last 20 and he's getting qued in my elo.

Can't we have a report option so Riot can look into cases like this? This account is obviously ebayed, his elo is plummeting like a meteorite and if he had been on his own account he would likely have never been grouped up with me to begin. His match history, results, kda, and the fact of who he is getting qued with shows it's not just a bad streak or a few bad games, it's a decline so bad that it's clearly suspicious.

For the sake of protecting competitive integrity, this should be looked at!
