Do other Servers have different player behavior conditions?

I’m in NA server, and here, I get A LOT of cruel and trolling players. Is it like this across other servers? Is there a server with less of a chance to face bad/mean players?

I know Mute All is a thing, but I mean, you don’t even have to respond to a player and the moment they start flaming and muting they troll or AFK. It’s crazy. I’ve had games where my ally will die all of their own greed (tower diving, fighting baron alone, greedy over jungle camp while under level, ect.) and completely rage at me and allies cause’ we “chose” not to help (Can only imagine, as a support in bot lane, how I’m supposed to help jungle at Baron...)

This kind of behavior just... I don’t get it. I might get mad at my ADC I’m supporting if they flame me, but I don’t afk from game... instead, I focus my support capabilities toward other allies (I’ve had a lot of ADCs... swear most were playing Yasuo bot lane... who flame me for their deaths, so I’ll go top lane and me and top carry the whole game out lol).
