This isn't the correct board for discussing your grievances with moderation, either; I will leave it, however, just so I can hold a discussion with you about this instead of frustrating you more.

Your first post was discussing whether or not players should be banned over something. Yes, the "something" in question was about abusing a bug, but that is not how you determine what belongs on the Report a Bug board where it was. That board is for actually reporting bugs, not discussing punishments surrounding abusing them. The correct board to discuss that is this one, the Player Behavior board; Curator told you this in the notification.
You reposted it again in Report a Bug. Of course it's going to be removed. Curator repeated the correct board to make your post on.
This board is about punishments in-game, such as a chat restriction or account ban. This discussion is about boards moderation, which belongs on Boards Community & Moderation.

If you wish to discuss this, keep in mind that I'm extending a courtesy to you by not removing this post for being on the wrong board specifically to avoid further frustration on your end.

So is it bannable? Why is this such a big deal to be answered?

Right now if I get a coin on rengar and pick up the mana drop then u instantly fill his ferocity bar.. Is it bannable to exploit this?

They reserve the right to ban you for knowingly abusing a bug, yes, though they usually don't if you can do it easily without any manipulation of the client or assistance from a 3rd party app; they tend to just hotfix it out or disable the champion/item. And the new patch already dropped, so you can't do it anymore already.

This will be the 4th time; It has nothing to do with answering what you wrote. You posted on the incorrect board, and to maintain order on the boards incorrectly placed posts will be removed and the player is directed to the correct one.

My guess is that you posted it under the wrong board and it got removed for organizational purposes. Post it under the right board and see what happens.

First: RIot has given us no way to determine proper place for them. I have several times tried to figure out where it should be. And the message of removal is as informative as Riot is honest and competent. It does not tell us where the post should be placed.

Second: If something is in wrong place, Riot is too incompetent to move it to proper place.

Thus I do believe Riot admin has nothing to do with this, but it is automatic if someone ticks "this is wrong place", it gets removed. No human involvemetn as that is the Riot way. All automatic, and there is no way to reach Boards moderators or any other human responsible for this system. The Riot way: "STFU we do not give a shit" -attitude.

This is actually perfect example of post which should belong to several forum subsections, but Riot uses system which does not allow it. It is weird that some bug report cannot be followupped with talk about how it can be exploited...

My comment still stands. I see no reason but laziness for Riot devs not moving the post where it belongs.

As I already stated, he was directed to the appropriate board. They almost always include this information in their removals. What you're saying here is incorrect.

It has absolutely nothing to do with competence. The boards do not have this function. We really want to be able to move posts, it's just impossible.

There is no automated moderation on the forums in any way, it is all done manually. In addition, through the volunteer moderation we are starting we are also making great strides to be more visible than the old moderation, so that you guys know exactly what is happening and why.

He made no indication of attempting to report the bug. He literally asked "Can I be banned for using this". Therefore, the appropriate place for discussing this would be the Player Behavior board, as that is where we discuss in-game behavior and punishments.
