This player intentionally fed for 3 days straight (around a dozen games) and in the game I had him in at least was very toxic in chat as well. This was over 3 months ago and he was not permabanned on this account. This thread is just to point out that the system can very clearly miss even extreme cases of toxicity.

Zed started ignoring teemo after 8ish kills so teemo would start aaing him to get zed to kill him. Tower killed zed when he dove me and teemo poison got the last tick of damage before he died.

Not sure, he entered the lobby as support and locked in ghost clarity teemo. I let the other people know he had been inting for 6ish games at that point and to dodge if they wanted. He said his brother was trolling on his account and not him. Once we got into game he said "You mother f'''ers want to say I feed? Well I'll show you ret'rds what real feeding looks like" and proceeded to run it down mid... we won with him having 32 deaths. Our Twitch was like 23-2 at the end of the game I think and carried 4v6.

Damn, that's impressive. Usually I give Riot the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, this case seems pretty cut and dry and a bit ridiculous that they haven't banned him yet.

As far as i know botting accounts are handled differently than someone who breaks the rules like feeding. its not right, and something like this needs to be handled quickly. But if it is a bot then it would take awhile for the account to get ban since they wait and ban them in waves!
