Question mark pings are just as toxic as calling someone bad

Unless it's a joke or for an actual strategic reason, these pings are SUPER aggravating. Yes, I know I got caught by that Blitz hook and died; no, you don't need to show me 50+ times with a bunch of question mark pings.

So pls, use these when you NEED them and not as a passive-aggressive flaming tool.

Thankfully they finally added the "Mute Ping" feature. Yes it will be problematic if they try to use pings for the right reason, but hey, they don't need to abuse it to tilt a team mate.

I had a teammate last night that ping-spammed me with "?"s everytime I made a GOOD play. It was a pleasant surprise.

so you make bad plays and someone calls you out and you get offended and make more bad plays?

thing is you are not going to stop making bad plays just because you can't be called out on it. if anything this poor asshole who you are screwing over is helping you.

I like taking them literally and asking the guy who's missing, and then telling them where everyone is, and going so who is it that's missing? What are you pinging for?! I don't think you know what that ping means.

That's why I love the Mute Pings feature. When people start spamming them cause I missed something, didn't follow up, whatever, I don't have to see it :D
