Basically these players joined the game, spammed the chat in chinese and did nothing else than running down mid. Then one of them threatened to report me and said they were 4 premades blah blah blah. I reported all of them for sure, but it's just a waste of time (first, I never ever noticed a punishement in ARAM, secondly they did waste my time during this game), and yes I "trash talked" back and I'm scared I'll get punished as well.

nameshame on the boards is not allowed. "just a bad game" is riots answer. move to the next game and forget about it
Yeah basically name shaming is gonna land you a punishment.
The instant feedback system is, as the name implies, instant. If you haven't got a punishment shortly after the game and don't continue negative behavior, you're fine.
You will get punishment for thrash talking. They will NOT get punished, since it was just a "bad game".

Hey there. I've removed the picture from your post. Anything that puts other players in a negative light or accuses them of doing something wrong regardless of them actually being guilty or not is considered naming and shaming, which is something we have rules against.
Punishment is based solely on your behavior. If you were trash talking, it's entirely possible that you could be punished. Only your actions / behavior can affect whether or not you get punished, regardless of what other people are doing, so you shouldn't ever resort to using toxicity back at them. If people are exhibiting toxic behavior, the best thing you can do is keep playing to the best of your ability, mute them, and report them after the game.
