'cause I've been seeing people banned left and right for next to nothing, and I myself was banned recently despite going three years acting exactly as I was before I got banned without a single warning or punishment until the middle of season 7 rolled around.

ModPeriscope3 votesI have noticed an increase in the number of people getting punished, but I don't think it has anything to do with mentality of the other players. There are 6-10 players in a match, and to say "more people are reporting" doesn't mean much since it only takes 1 report to trigger a review of someone's chat/actions.
I think it has more to do with the end of the season approaching and more players in ranked, but that's just my thought.
PresBushDid7111 votesAye, I have noticed an increase in trolling, trying new champs in ranked etc since the last few weeks. With end of season coming those that can't climb are having a field day.

It's nothing unusual.
