Why do I have a chat restriction?

Here is my text from the 3 games that gave me a chat restriction. In all 3 of these cases i'm telling people who were ACTUALLY being toxic that they aren't helping anyone by being toxic. In this first game our top laner called me a "stupid %%%%%%" for absolutely no reason. I mean you can look at my chat, in any of these 3 cases was I verbally assaulting anyone? And you can hardly argue I am being negative, I am trying to tell negative players that its not helping and they should be positive. Please Riot, why am I being chat restricted?

PS: when you don't show the chat of other players as well, its hard to put things in perspective. In most of these cases people were acting completely ignorant and verbally assaulting me. With that in mind, please tell me how I lost control and was "toxic".

Edit: Hahaha Riot, my first game of the day after getting a chat restriction, I haven't even said anything yet, and in the first 5 minutes I have been called a "fking retard" already. PLEASE TELL ME how I get a chat restriction for telling people like that to knock it off, but they can call me a "fking retard" and I haven't even SAID ANYTHING. THIS SYSTEM IS FLAWED.
