exist, with limited counter-play to his kit, a broken, badly designed Q which actually has a terribly designed hitbox. Then they let players of him spam his laugh and taunt, in a pathetic attempt to insult you. But noooooo... we can't punish people for that, can we? Riot is so full of double standard, they introduce a nanny state ban system and everyone now starts non-verbal insults and trolling.
