@Mods (TheCurator): I was told to move my thread from "Help & Support" to "Boards Feedback"

But my thread is something that needs a direct red response, and I haven't seen a red post on "Boards Feedback" in forever. Do they even read it?

I'd open a ticket, but.... Last time I opened a boards-related ticket it sat in limbo for over a month, and by the time I got a response I had been permabanned from the boards for complaining about my ticket (I was eventually given a 2nd chance by Riot Tamat, which is why I'm able to post here now). I'm not exactly confident that opening a ticket would have better results.

And I can't post PBE bug reports until my account is working. So it's kind of an issue. Especially since bug testing is the ONLY reason I log onto the PBE.
