And then this Morg AFKs. Because we had a Nasus ADC who actually wasn't bad at all. She quite when the game had about 3 kills total. I had one at top and they had 2.

I'm sorry but there is no reason no to perma ban this player or any player who is such a bag of shit that they even tell you they are purposely AFKing before they ruin the match and waste 4 other peoples time.

If Riot implemented zero tolerance for certain offenses, maybe people would keep their god damn mouths shut at least before they AFK. Hell, maybe Morg wouldn't have AFKed if she couldn't get the pleasure of sticking it to us verbally if it meant risking a perma-ban.

Heaven forbid I win 3 games in a row after maybe kinda sorta almost getting the hang of olaf.

riot already does that but people still do it because they don't care enough to check wether it happens. and then they come on the forums crying VICTIM

There is no substantial punishment for going AFK. I fought the same cause on the forums for quite some time, got always downvoted, and eventually just played around with Leaverbuster myself. And yes, ithe system is utterly useless.

But since Riot does not care, just go AFK yourself in these cases. 20 minutes are the perfect time to wash the dishes or watch Youtube.

Or stay the only honest idiot in this game (which makes you morally superior but gets you nowhere).

i've never had it but low priority queue is, i imagine, pretty damn annoying to deal with

i've never had a reason to go afk. the entire concept baffles me tbh

LPQ is not that annoying as long as you play alone. Just sit out the 5/10/15 minutes. I mean, if you're unlucky, you have no LPQ, but people dodge five times in a row and you have some kind of "five minute delay" anyways. It can always happen, so whatever.

Going AFK more than once a month should result in a 24h ban, which stacks up. Period. But as I said, I gave up a long time ago.

if it helps, this is my logic why afk is not necessary:

whoever is making you go afk, is not worth the attention. it is better to keep playing the game. why? because even tho you are losing the game, his attitude will likely cost him his account. it's a great trade if you ask me...
