I'm sorry but there is no reason no to perma ban this player or any player who is such a bag of shit that they even tell you they are purposely AFKing before they ruin the match and waste 4 other peoples time.

If Riot implemented zero tolerance for certain offenses, maybe people would keep their god damn mouths shut at least before they AFK. Hell, maybe Morg wouldn't have AFKed if she couldn't get the pleasure of sticking it to us verbally if it meant risking a perma-ban.
