LoL and toxicity as of late

Toxicity lately has been nothing short of appalling. Even in normal games players are still saying to each other "You're fucking shit", "Go fuck yourself", "You're inting", "Ah, thats why your rank is shit you fucking %%%%%%!" and things of the sort. Also I'd like to note that people are just passive aggressive now and there are few people who actually playing the game just for personal enjoyment. Instead they take pleasure out of making a certain enemy player feel like absolute crap.

This deeply saddens me and I truly do think that Riot needs to discourage this sort of behavior in order to make the game how it once was when people actually wanted to have fun and didn't want to flame people every single game.
