An Observation about Riot
Its amazing that company that screws up changes so many times (which everyone points out immediately) still thinks that they are smarter than their customer base.
They focus on the language in chat, when that is just a symptom....an expression of frustrated players.
Imagine you are playing basketball and someone on your team just intentionally starts giving up the ball. And lets suppose you really want to win--there is money on the line or something. Would you just...be nice and not be upset? Or would you justifiably say, hey wtf are you doing? You are ruining this for everyone.
So apparently getting mad at players being selfish and inconsiderate is worse than the person who is doing those things and actually ruining the game.
Honestly, I think Riot's success has gone to their head. They can't solve problems because they refuse to identify what the problem is. Its like a doctor prescribing pain med forever because he can't figure out the source of the pain.
They take for granted the fact that disgruntled players play, not because they like Riot or think they make good decisions, but because they LOVE gaming. So they accept your BS...for now. Because someday a better company will make a better game and your best days will be a thing of the past. It happens in every industry, don't think you are immune from that, Riot.
