I literally was just called a KDA player for hard-carrying a game...
So depressing.
Team won't group the whole game, constantly getting caught and their Aatrox getting fed off of it.
I'm getting pick after pick as Ahri to keep momentum in our favor.
We have mid inhib, and I just got a pick on their Jinx that followed into kills on their Leona jg, Lux, and Soraka. My 3 living teammates were all going bot side (tier 2 tower up), and top side was at the inhib tower nearly pushed. I pinged them to get bot inhib and went top, and typed "3 inhibs best play."
I took the inhib tower as they took the 2 towers in bot lane. Jinx respawned and came to stop me, so they got bot for free. Aatrox looped around wide to lock me in between him and Jinx. I aggro'd onto Jinx, she backed off, then I started attacking inhib. Lux/Leona/Soraka respawned and went to stop my allies bot lane - chasing them. I continued attacking inhib, Aatrox finally got to me, and I used my ult to loop out. I noticed he and Jinx started working their way towards bot to help their team, so I looped back into the base a third time. My team all died as I took the third inhibitor, then recalled.
Then my top laner starts pinging the nexus turrets as I'm recalling and telling me to end. Seriously - 1v5 when we just got triple inhibs. As an AHRI. WITHOUT LICH BANE.
Like what are you people thinking... I didn't back because I'm a KDA player. I backed because Aatrox and Jinx would have made it back to the base in about 10 seconds and as Ahri without Lich Bane I'm going to do maybe 900 damage to the turret in that time. Sure, I'll take a big chunk out of one of the towers and maybe the supers spilling in will finish it, and maybe even I'll get a kill on Jinx when her and Aatrox come at me... but still - terrible play.
And yet, despite hard carrying (>50% more damage than anyone else on my team, 50% KP but only 7% of our deaths) - I'm getting called a KDA player.
People - please learn. Good player =/= KDA player. It just means I have a brain and a minimap...
