I'm not gonna take the Behavioral Warnings seriously....

until they stop sending you warnings for nonsense.

Steal a blue buff? "You have been reported for offensive language watch your behavior blah blah blah" Ping careful one too many times and annoy your teammates? "Offensive Language watch your behavior blah blah blah" UnintentionalFeed? "Offensive Language"

Like seriously, at the very least, skim through our chat log for at least that one match, then shoot us a warning if there is something that is even on the borderline of toxicity.

I mean that's telling you something that I have gotten 7 or 8 warnings in the past month or two and still no chat restrictions or bans.

The warnings are annoying AF and need to be fixed. It's even worse now that Offensive Language and verbal abuse are merged into one. Now every warning is Offensive Language.

This is actually true. I've gotten so many warnings because someone reported me just because they hate me. Riot needs to fix this. I literally just ignore it and press OK now. The mass amount of warnings is defeating the purpose of them, Riot.

It's a warning, simple as that. It means nothing if you don't have anything on your record that could actually get you banned

I absolutely hate the warning system. The warnings are triggered purely on a spike in the rate you get reported and happen before any reports are validated. So they can and are triggered by false reports.

It sort of made sense when punishments were slower since there was a lot of benefits to having instant feedback even if it was sometimes wrong. But now that punishments are usually handed out right after a game ends it seems to me that the benefits of the unverified warnings are mostly non existent.

I guess I don't have any way to actually evaluate its effectiveness but it does not seem very helpful to me.

Yeah. I've got more warnings then I can count. Nothing have come of them. I know I've not done anything wrong every time I see that pop up. "You go ahead and report me for foul language. When nothing happens to me, you'll be the one punished" is all I can say to those who have reported me.

Man I'm glad I gave up rift. I got a popup one time for negative attitude during my 0-30 journey. Then I switched to ARAM and not a single one since.

This problem can be easily handled. If someone reports you for "offensive language" and you said nothing even close to negative, then chat ban them. Problem solved.

You know the reports are phony and so will Riot after the chat gets reviewed. The automated response is will keep actual offenders on their toes and it's just one extra click for the rest of us.

This may be a #firstworldproblems question, but where do you even see these warnings? Are they emailed to you, or do you get in-game pops saying "hey, cut that shit out"?
