Can my reactions to flamers and trolls get me punished?

I had a top laner tell me that if I didn't gank for him he would afk and I said "go for it" and he did. I was busy getting mid and bot fed and he died in a 1v1 with his lane opponent twice and he blamed me for not ganking. This was about 7 minutes in. I had got mid 3 kills and bot 2 kills and dragon before he started calling me a shit jungler. I had a mid laner threaten to intent feed if I didn't give him third blue buff. I said "You are 0-6. You don't get blue" so he fed more saying that my team could blame me for his actions and I said "Yeah life's a bitch ain't it?"

My tolerance for these people has become nonexistent so when they threaten to feed or afk if they don't get their way I just tell them to go ahead and do it and when they start blaming me or other teammates for their actions I respond with "Life's a bitch" or "That's unfortunate" or something along those lines. I was just curious if this can get me in trouble.

Yes, it can. Retaliation is not an excuse to be toxic. There are other people in the game that you are annoying with it, and as much as you think a person deserves it they have the same rights you do, and you don't know what they are going through at the time either.

To oversimplify, your responses are making a bad situation worse. If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything. If other people have bad things to say, mute them and move on.

Like Deep Terror Nami said, retaliation is not okay. You can defend yourself so long as it's done in a calm and respectful manner. Once you start raging at a rager/troll, instead of one jerk to deal with your teammates now have two jerks to deal with: the original and you. If someone's bothering you then just mute them and report them if they're being real jerks about it as well.

Don't be a part of the cesspool of negativity. Either mute them or respond with something postiive, and report.
