Supports are just players too, there are good and bad ones. But not every game gets carried by the sup.
But can we finally stop making Supports look like gods?
I play support as my main role. I really don't understand not getting SS. Either way, I do get tired of people saying supports are useless and do nothing lol. Like.. your adc is 6/0... you think the adc just 1v2'd bot lane?.
I do notice that in lower elo everyone expects the support to have the entire map warded somehow, like they can't buy a 75g control ward or use the one they have. Either way, there are really bad supports that will go full AP and steal kills and/or not actually build any support items and I just don't understand it. Supports, buying support items, can have a huge impact on the game or cause the team to lose but screwing the adc.
I am a support main, And I have simple demands, to be treated with respect, that simple. Lately I have been getting alot of really arrogant/conceited ADCs who act like the Support is Useless trash who does Nothing to help the team. The funny thing is How hard they fail when I decide to call them on thier bluff and go off to help other lanes.
If you talk smack to me like you dont need any help from support, I WILL call you out on your BS. I am Support for the TEAM, not just you!. So if you like you are so pro that you can handle lane alone, all the power to you, I will go roam and help other lanes. And you cant turn around and call to report me after you get your backside handed to you. If you throw your support under the bus, dont be suprised when they arent there to rescue you later on.
My role is to help the team win, Not be ADCs personal verbal punching bag and lane slave.
I get so sick of these adcs who get fed, then turn around and completely ignore thier support because "you got no kills, you are trash" and they completely ignore the number of ASSISTS.
Before you can be a great ADC, you must first be a good support. All ADCs should play enough support to understand what they can expect from their partner. One time I had an ADC rage at me when I was Sona because I wasn't feeding him mana (Soraka at the time could give mana to other players).
