So people flame in this game a lot,the only thing you can do is mute em,but when the game ends and the post game screen shows up they are no longer muted AND OMG THEY FLAME SOOO FREAKING MUCH,can you make it so that those people stay muted no matter what until we decide to unmute them ? They really fuck your mood up

It's harder than you'd think. In-game chat and lobby chat are stored on separate servers.
Can it be done? Sure. But it would be costly, and Riot has other priorities right now.
If I have to mute someone in-game for losing their mind in chat, I just skip waiting for stats.
maybe after the new client is up and running smoothly. But there are way more important behavioral features that should be implemented first.
for now though, you'd have to wait it out.
Just leave ASAP if you don't want to deal with their words. I don't see how this is anything other than a tiny inconvenience (like having 1 RP) unless you actually feel anxious after you've muted them because you know they're flaming (you or someone). You're not going to get emotionally traumatized by someone if they manage to tell you to uninstall before you leave the lobby.
