Since Riot appears to think Off Meta Champs/Not communicating your off meta Champ is ban worthy

-Am I allowed to report Malzahar support since its "Off Meta?" -What about when Bard roams? He's obviously not with his Adc 80% Of the time, so he's trolling right? -Ivern support? The guys obviously trolling -Oh MF Support? This just keeps getting worse, better report (Since you know they're playing something off meta) -Also any time someone doesn't play how I want them to play (even if they told me what they were going to do) I can report them because it frustrates me and I don't like that (Even if they're trying to win).

This is essentially the Logic the Lead Support Specialist (WookieCookie) seems to have, regarding the Nunu Support Smite Case "Players didn't like it, despite it being a winning strategy; So were going to ban him because people don't like how plays" - Pretty much saying "Play the dam meta and be held hostage by 4 other players if you dont want to be banned".

Who's to say the other 4 players are right in reporting him? Just because they dislike his strategy? Just because his strategy is something different from the Norm of the past 6 years, doesn't mean he shouldnt be allowed to play it. As long as a players intent is to win, he can very well dam play however he wants. And you cannot argue in anyway his intent wasn't to win, the guy is currently DIamond 3, Diamond 1 last, year and Challenger in Season 4 when he played more.

Riots getting ridiculous with these bans; Despite always saying we can "Break the Meta" they go ahead and ban players, who very well do that.
