Can we have an option to disable queueing with premades?

This weekend has been terrible. Every single game has had a premade in it who made the game a overall less enjoyable experience. Most premades don't care about anyone else, just themselves. They won't feel bad about flaming you, since they have 1-3 other people with them to back them up. If it was just flame, that would be fine. However, they also troll you. They'll follow you around, taking your camps. They'll roll up into your lane and smite the cannon. They'll ban your hover in champ select. They'll take your farm. They'll just keep doing this tiny things to you, and eventually it'll start to get on your nerves. It's not like you can just mute them either, since muting doesn't help that at all. You can't report them, since most of these offenses aren't bannable, just extremely uncouth.

Now, these do happen when people aren't premade, but it happens with a much greater regularity when they are. There's also the whole thing where most premades don't tend to ever help you, instead focusing on themselves. I wish riot would give us the option to queue for ONLY solo games. I understand why this isn't feasible(queue times increasing for everyone, etc), but I can dream, right?
