Teemo owns his surrounding territory due to traps stealth and such. Getting smite for full topside Jungle control isn't half bad once you learn how to use it right. Why you mad?

This is absolutely true. If I went all out flaming for 50 games and all out trolling for 50 games, I bet I'd get punished harder for flaming.
You'd have to watch the games to catch trolls and no Rioter has time for that, but the chat log is nothing more than a log of evidence to be used against you.
