What do I even do at this point?

5 minutes into the game

Cho - "trynd can you have picked a more useless jungler"

Me - "what"

Cho - "You fucking retard"

Someone explain to me how to prevent behavior like this. It is every, single, god damn game I play, someone acts beyond ignorant and immature for absolutely no reason. Tired of dealing with these people, if they talked to me like that in person, it would be resolved immediately. Unfortunately they aren't, and riot is doing nothing about them. just, wow. What do?

You can't prevent how people are going to talk to you. You mute them that's your way of preventing it.

Just don't react, they will usually give up.

mute everyone at the start of the game.

I have a friend that's a jungle main, he mutes people that ping the "assist me" button a lot early or died early (talking, before he cleared his jungle). And I've left the lines of communication open and I see these people call him all sorts of things and blame him for their own feeding in lane. So, if you see someone get first blooded or pinging for help, just mute them right off the bat before they get toxic ^_^

Its shifted from blame the support to blame the jungler. But its okay, some of us supports remember those days. We've got your back. <3

I prefer to ask for an apology, if it's not given I refuse to carry the match. After all, why should I carry a verbally abusive teammate, better to just ff@20 and get a new match.

at your ELO, you probably won't get that toxicity if you picked a META jungler.

Not saying there is anything wrong with trynd jg, but you asked for what to do, so I'll give you a solution. Probably isn't the best solution though.
