Who is the guilty party in this situation?

Imagine you're getting ready for a team fight. The entire enemy team is there and you only have three team members. The other two are on their way. The two teammates beside you decide, even though its a 3v5, they're going in. You don't go in, because you're waiting for the other teammates. They then spam all chat, "report so and so because they lost us the game cuz they just standing there, refusing to fight."

So, Riot, who is guilty?

The objectives that were never taken.

Anyway, asking for reports is harassment, and is reportable itself.

There's not really a good answer. Generally, I would place the blame on the people who picked a losing fight, but it depends on the situation.

its really hard to tell when there is so much more information we need. For all we know you 3 could have beaten or at least got them low enough to treat/keep them low till the other 2 came by. It just seems like lack of communication on all you guys. Granted asking for reports is punishable, and for reasons like this where it would look like you were trying to be a team player by just letting the two you were with go all in, but you could have told them to just wait. Again though its really hard to tell whose in the wrong, but them fishing for reports isnt right.

when i read the title i was about to answer with "both"

but now i can give a more clear answer. first of all asking to report someone is against eh rules 2nd i would never go into a 3v5. i'd rather have those 2 idiots die and then def as 3. def as 2 is way harder.
