i hate players like them ban the champion i wanted to play calling me kid,flaming me and force surrender with his pre made i really hate this please ban those kind of players i beg you

yes but he will not get banned 100% sure or before he gets banned he'll ruin a lot of other games with his pre made just thanks dynamic queue

Dynamic queue has nothing to do with this. A solo queue player could just as easily ban your champion.
Of course he won't get banned 100% for sure, unless you want to get banned yourself the second someone reports you for some stupid reason. There exist valid reasons to ban a champ someone is hovering.
Of course he will need to do it more than once to get punished, for the reason submitted in item 2.

Unless you can play only one champion, this is not an issue at all.

I think you're more upset for not learning and winning games and just blaming it on people 'banning your champ'.

here a simple solution they ban the champion you selected pick another champion that's similar. And maybe he consider your pick a bad choice for different reason and he will let your other choice slide since it doesn't have the weakness that he spotted in the champion you selected. If he did it for no purpose or didn't give you a reason why, then another tip is not to select the cahmpion you wish to play until ban phase over or it's your turn to pick.
