I think you're more upset for not learning and winning games and just blaming it on people 'banning your champ'.

here a simple solution they ban the champion you selected pick another champion that's similar. And maybe he consider your pick a bad choice for different reason and he will let your other choice slide since it doesn't have the weakness that he spotted in the champion you selected. If he did it for no purpose or didn't give you a reason why, then another tip is not to select the cahmpion you wish to play until ban phase over or it's your turn to pick.
