How To Improve Your Behavior and Avoid Punishments

Your allies and opponents are all people who want to win. Each of you is a human being with emotional wants and needs. Remember that and behave accordingly and you'll be in for a good time.

Speak to your allies and opponents the way you wish for others to speak to you. With respect, acknowledgment, understanding, patience, and gratitude.

Ask politely for help if you need it.

Try to reply to requests from your allies when you are not preoccupied. If you cannot come to their aid then finish your present task and explain to them why you could not offer assistance.

If a player maintains a negative attitude in their words then mute them to avoid having their behavior affect you negatively.

Avoid accusing or blaming others for their mistakes.

Offer thanks to your allies for their help.

Congratulate your allies for doing well.

Console your allies when they make a mistake (A simple “it’s ok, stuff happens” will do wonders for team morale).

Apologize for making your own mistakes.

If you cannot chat positively then avoid chatting altogether until you can.
