Racial Slurs

I just made a post a few days ago about the toxicity of this community, which let's be real, we all know it's rampant. But in the last few days, I have encountered no less than ten people with the N-word somehow incorporated into either their name or their clan tag. And that's not including the ones who say racist things in game. It blows my mind, that Riot talks about zero-tolerance for racial behaviors, yet things such as SUMMONER NAMES and CLAN TAGS, things that are seen by hundreds of people every day, are allowed to use racist language. I just do not understand how Riot expects to build a game that "will last for generations" when they can't even control the extremely toxic players, let alone the minorly toxic ones. You cannot have a successful game when everyone has to deal with massive amounts of toxicity, and people constantly mention it on the boards, yet how often does a Rioter respond? The only Riot responses I ever seen on here are to concept art, occasionally in memes and games, and mostly on people complaining "I didn't deserve my ban". It's just mind boggling that a company of this magnitude either can't or just plain doesn't care about the state of the community. It's sickening to see the kinds of things these people get away with. For crying out loud, Club Penguin has a better automated system at catching profanities and racial slurs and banning on the spot. I should not have to see the N-word ten times over a three day span. That should NEVER make it through a single game. Just my opinion though, what do I know. You would think with so many people complaining they would do something, right? What do you guys think?
