Looking for a game without toxicity

I apologize in advance, as this is just going to be a rant. Supposedly, there are less than 1% of players in the entire community that are deemed toxic. I have an extremely hard time believing this, as I spend almost as much time typing out reports every day as I do playing. With the faster pace of the games, you're in and out in twenty minutes. But then I spend a good while sitting in post game listening to people rant on and on with their toxicity while I type out reports for the game. It's almost every game. In the past two days I have played 12 games, and reported players in 10 of those 12 games for toxicity, racial/homophobic slurs/calling people retarded. Almost every game. I love this game, but it's getting to the point where I dread queueing up as soon as I do. There is only so long a player can mute/report people and still have to deal with it every single game. The toxicity of the community is a virus. And even the nicest people will start to see a change in their behavior. The community of this game is so inherently toxic that it is affecting the attitude of me and my friends outside the game as well. So many people are put on edge from a 20 minute game of League. It honestly seems to me that most people that are acting toxic, are not even playing the game. They queue into a match purely to find new people to harass. In the majority of the games over my last two days, the people that I have reported have been apart of MAYBE 10% of the kills/objectives on the map. Because they would rather sit back and talk sht than they would actually playing League. As much as I love this game, the community makes it almost unplayable without muting someone every game. Which is a problem in itself because it is a team game. Communication is key. Toxic or not, each person you mute is effectively cutting off a source to win the game. Maybe it's just me, maybe I've become so irritated with the amount of toxic players I see that I no longer have a clear head and can just ignore them and move on. Besides the rare occasion of a group of 9 other nice players, the only time this game is extremely enjoyable anymore is a premade team of 5 with cross chat turned off. Is it just me? Or are you guys experiencing rising levels of toxicity as well? We keep being told as the months/years pass that the levels are going down with more people getting chat restricted/banned, but I do not see it. I just see posts on the boards here, month after month, saying the same thing. Every game you queue into is full of toxicity. Again, sorry for the rant. Just needed to let off some steam.[zombie-brand-mindblown]*

I agree with this wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, I am also perma-banned for exactly what you are talking about. I start every game positive and ready to do battle and within minutes it turns bloody and gory with flaming chat and profanity flying everywhere.. Myself included.. The toxicity isn't coming from chat my friend. They refuse to see that it's the actual in-game trolling that is the root of the problem. They are removing tons of people for chat infractions while the trolls happily bounce along to the next game to get some other poor saps banned when the spout off in frustration. They take all this time and effort to remove people for language and refuse to focus on the actual problem.
