xj9:

kept banned due to death threat to a girl on the forum he boosted when he was 16 due to an emotional outburst due to being used and the girl wasn't punished. Wasn't toxic in-game at all and had 10 accounts, all of which were all banned when he made that forum post. He streamed for 2 weeks waiting for riot to answer his tickets and they were just closed with no explanation on why he got banned. HIs TW account got banned shortly after. He then makes a reddit post and because riot doesn't like bad PR they pile up past offenses he committed and reported himself MONTHS prior to this but riot choose to not act on him due to streamer favortism at the time for XJ9, just giving him a blind eye.

Btw, he never "hacked" anyone. All the girls gave their info to him and at that point the account is both theirs until someone causes an issue. It's like giving someone the keys to your car, giving you the ok to use it, then calling the police stating "he stole my car! carjacker!".

after ban, drama happened and he posted covered up boobs, boobs, and a picture from far away of a flat ass to get the girls attention as she was ignoring him and cheating on him during this time. Girl admits it's her and causes shit storm when xj9 didn't say who it was nor did anyone know who it was till she admitted it was her (she liked the attention). (no, he wasn't banned for "leaking nudes" despite what xj9 experts claim, simple research into the dates of events is all you need to do to confirm this).

STILL BANNED FOR THINGS FROM 5 YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS NOT EVEN 18. Has not done anything since these 2 offenses which is a sign of maturity. BONUS! XJ9's Twitch is only kept banned due to riot games. A high level rioter (wookieecookie) confirmed this was the case when he passed his trial in 2015. The trial was offical as the whole player behavior team was in on it, and not "a rogue agent" like lyte said. Lyte also said to xj9s girlfriend "no, we totally would not keep a player from streaming on twitch" which is not the case. Who is lying? Wookieecookie saying they are keeping him banned, or lyte saying they aren't? Both riots, someone is lying. Just because you work for riot doesn't mean you tell the truth.

Tyler 1 :

20+ banned accounts, showing he did not care about what he was doing to himself and the players in the game. Ruined the game for thousands of players with toxic flaming and afking "run down mid" is still a thing and people do it to this day due to him doing it on stream and saying to do so on media. afks if he doesn't like his team (usually the jungler) in front of stream Due to him having a huge viewerbase ONLY due to being toxic and not actually being a skilled player, the people watching him imitated how he acted on stream which led to thousands of players being toxic, afking, and running down mid, especially when he got banned. What he did in the past is forever stained in the league communities attitude and mentality whether they choose to notice or not. Typed "FUCK YOU" at lyte on twitter.

UNBANNED

I'm all for unbanning people and not keeping them perm banned, but if Tyler 1 got unbanned and yet he actually damaged the game with long term effect, why shouldn't XJ9? He didn't negatively impact the game and everyone does something bad due to various reasons (in this case, hormones and emotional outburst to the 1st girl he talked to on the internet that ended up using him). He's 22 years old now and I'm sure if he was actually crazy or anything like people make him out to be, you would see him causing chaos in league or perhaps another gaming community. But instead, he is just demonized and discredited simply due to a mistake. But Tyler 1 can do all of that but "it's ok to be toxic because I'm openly toxic too". I blame plausible deniability as people will always deny that they have done anything bad until caught in the act.

Also, according to riots unban policy on the support site, THE ONLY REASON xj9 is not unbanned is due to a death threat. As any death threat to a player/rioter results in an ID ban that will never be lifted UNLESS they choose to for special cases. Why isn't XJ9 a special case? Apparently doing things when you are 17 years old and it being 5 years later doesn't warrant an unban. I guess xj9 is crazy for doing things that were not as big as a deal as people make it out to be compared to other things players/streamers say. There are plenty of streamers who have said death threats on stream towards a player, threatening to visit their house and shoot them, but it only resulted in an account ban. It's almost as if riot fears xj9 due to being a free thinking, non liberal people person.

What a shame.

Why isn't XJ9 a special case?

oh that idiot is a special case cause none of his victims is every getting an apologize. He is not reflecting what he was doing, he is not taking responsibility for his behaviour. Simply he is not interested or he is kind of freaked in his mind that he can't care about it.

Leave that clown where he is.

When will people finally understand, none of Tyler1 accounts were unbanned. He is simply allowed to create new accounts, instead of every account he makes being instantly permabanned. But he still has to follow rules and his current accounts can be banned just fine.

He was banned...4 or 5 years ago? If it hadn't happened within the past 2 years, it's either not happening or he's moved on to better things.

If he did care, he's more than likely aware of the route to lift such a ban.

Well, I don't see why he doesn't get a chance like Tyler1/Jensen did if he has truly reformed over the years.

But nobody cares so its unlikely he will ever get unbanned.
