I think that giving less lp loss for defeat when a team have an afk player would be more fair. Also, if this team win i think they should be able to gain more lp. Another idea, losing a game with afk players shouldnt count for demotion.
it would be abused, even if you set an arbitrary time limit on how long a person must be afk for, the closet solution that i can think of is the remake system.
It'd be abused easy. I'd use a smurf with my friend and anytime the game looked like a sure loss I'd afk so my friend would lose less LP.
Still, not everyone has smurf and i think it would still be better
