Riot, I made a thread asking for a reform card and was told by the community to go to the "support ticket". The Riot guy completely ignored my query and just gave me the standard copy paste "I'm afraid at this time we are unable to complete your request because eff off we don't feel like it".
I want to improve my behavior, I want a reform card.
Ask again, keep asking and they will send you your logs.
You can always reopen the ticket and ask to speak to someone else or continue the discussion until they lock the ticket.
From what I've understood you should have gotten information regarding the punishment through your registered email.
Tried checking that first? If you can't find it, ask for it to be sent again in your ticket.
Unless they literally said that, it's a bit difficult to evaluate what went wrong honestly. But as others have said, it's probably a good idea to resend the ticket or recheck your mail. Just to make sure: you were banned for chat-related behaviour, right?
