Obviously it was removed, but I find that would be a lot more reasonable of a punishment for boosted players and trolls than straight up permaban from the game.
If I was permabanned from ranked I'd pretty much quit the game, but I know this is not the case for the majority of players.

griefing trolling, no.
Most of the people banned from ranked did the griefing trolling. which is why it is unacceptable.
