I was banned like, more than a month ago, for complaining in chat (which is horribly toxic and terrible of me, I know). Unlocked honor again like two weeks ago.
How long am I goinna sit at honor 0? I have 10 boxes piling up, and one key fragment.
And a followup question: Am I still in danger, Tantrum? 'cause I've been using all chat, and we all know that's against the rules.
It was already discussed in several of your other posts (one of which I know you deleted) that the reason for your 14-day Suspension wasn't simply because of complaining. It was because of consistently creating a negative experience for your teammates, as well as deriding them and openly assuming they were going to do poorly before the match had even taken off.
As for how long you're going to sit at Honor Level 0, I couldn't tell you with absolute certainty. Riot keeps the math behind Honor progression in the "Employee's Only" section of the Client, which, frankly, is for the better. All you need to know is that if you show consistent sportsmanlike behavior, you'll be bumped back up the Honor levels over time. All it takes is patience.
However, I also remember reading that they intend to reset everyone's Honor Level back to 2 on the turn of every season, so you may have your Honor restored at the beginning of the 2018 Season - though, again, I can't say for sure since I'm working off of memory here.
As a secondary note, your follow-up question and your continuous attempts to play down the reason for your punishment tell me that your attitude still has yet to improve, since you're making sarcastic comments about both your punishment and the punishment system as a whole. If you keep on the way you're going, your attitude is going to sink you straight into a permanent account ban.
That said, I do have one suggestion on how you can improve; stop focusing on the rewards you're losing out on, and focus on trying to be nicer in your games.
Your posts almost always contain some form of complaint about how your account suspension led to your loss of End of Season Ranked rewards, amongst other things. I can't quite recall, but I think you even brought up ineligibility to participate in the PBE and showed an interest in Zoe (which, IMO, one could easily wait for.)
And even here, your question isn't even about improving your behavior, it's about sitting below the bar for unlocking free rewards.

You seem to be more concerned about free virtual content than you are about your behavior or your account.
If you want further advice for improving your behavior, you're free to ask. I'll do my best to cover everything from communication, stress-relief, and whatever else may be considered useful. I'm no expert, but I've been playing long enough without any form of punishment that what I'm doing might be helpful enough.
And, hell, I'm sure there's a number of other people who wouldn't mind offering advice if you just ask.
I've never had to work from honor 0, but I would think less than 2 months would be fair. More than that? Something would be wrong, and I'd write into support after that length of time.

I'll save you the trouble you might as well make a new account now, because you'll never see level 2 again, which if you remember is the starting number for honor. What will happen instead is you'll sit at level 0 indefinitely until you make an outburst which gets reported and you get banned. I sat at level 0 for 4 months and never saw level 2 until it finally got banned. Rito is a shitshow company that has no intention of doing anything unless it makes them money, if they keep banning account left and right the idea is that you'll have to make a new account and pay to get your champs back. So my advice, don't give them a dime, under no circumstance spend anything on this company.
