So, those little pendant things that sit on your banner during the loading screen (Green, yellow, blue, red, you know) that you earn through the honor system -- are they still obtainable?
I was chat restricted a long time ago (preseason 6), and that was my only punishment that I'm aware of, so is my account even capable of earning them?
They still exist. It just so happens that most people don't have them because actually commending your teammates gives nothing in return so most people don't do it.
They are so hard to get its not even worth it. Most people that I see with them are either ARAM or A.I. vs bot specialist. Also....its not like there is any real reward to them anyways.
you need to be consistently honored to get it. Its dam hard even if you didn't have punishments before.
